1. Rates are based on the total actual weight or the total dimensional weight of all packages in a shipment, whichever is greater.
How to determine dimensional weight?
Transport Association (IATA) volumetric standard.
1.1 How to calculate of cubic size:
Multiply the length by the width and by the height (each round-up to the nearest whole centimetre) of each package.
1.2 How to calculate dimensional weight:
Divide the cubic size of the package by 6000 to determine the dimensional weight in kilograms.
Increase fractions of a weight to the next full kilogram. Multiple-package shipment dimensional weight is the sum of all dimensional weight of all packages within the same shipment.
2. Rates include delivery to all addresses within Klang Valley, Malaysia.
3. RM3/kg additional surcharge for all outstation delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
4. Transaction rates are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
5. Packages found damaged at point of receipt would have to be reported immediately to us with pictures taken and email to cs@k1express.com.my and call Ms. Alice Jung at +60103785394.
6. Express shipment compensation for lost or missing packages will be based on the value declared and/or up to a maximum of MYR100.00 .
7. K One Express will not be responsible for the content of the packages if found to be short in quantity, inappropriate colour or quality of the goods purchased.
8. Products quality inspection services are provided by K One Express at point of receipt in our warehouse located in Seoul for peace of mind shipment. Additional service charge will be included if services are required by importers.
